A gorgeous, sunny one bedroom apartment for four guests right in the heart of Barcelona's exclusive Eixample neighbourhood, just one block from the famous apartment building Casa Battlló, built by Antonio Gaudi, and ten minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas.
Casa Battlló is a fifth floor attic apartment with elevator access, air conditioning and ADSL internet connection.
Retaining many original features of this Modernist building, such as an open fireplace and polished wooden floorboards, the apartment has been furnished in a contemporary style with all the modern comforts you would expect.
The apartment has one large double bedroom and a comfortable double sofa bed for a second couple. The lounge area is full of light and decorated with sleek, modern furniture, potted plants, with access to a private 25 squared meters sun terrace complete with an outdoor table, chair and umbrella, plus sun lounges. The perfect place to enjoy a mid afternoon coffee or an alfresco meal.
Inside, you can enjoy relaxing on the comfortable sofa bed, with a flat screen television and DVD player for your entertainment.
The kitchen is modern and equipped with high quality appliances including refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, gas stove top cooker, kettle and coffee maker, plus all the kitchenware, utensils, pots and pans you need to cook a meal in the apartment.
The bathroom is complete with shower over bathtub, toilet and basin. All bed linen and towels are provided for you. There is also a washing machine, ironing equipment and hairdryer at your disposal during your stay.
This location is an excellent base for those that want to explore Barcelona on foot. Wander amongst the city's fashionable Modernist streets with designer shopping boutiques, cafes and wide range of quality restaurants. Discover Gaudi's masterpieces or wander through the labyrinth of Barrio Gotic, just ten minutes away from your apartment on foot.
