A bright and sunny two- bedroom, air conditioned apartment for up to four guests in La Plana: A quiet neighbourhood that is close to Zona Franca and el Centro de Congresos in Diagonal.
A perfect location for business trips, or for a family that wants to enjoy a quiet, leafy neighbourhood, yet still be connected to the centre of Barcelona.
This apartment is situated on the second floor of the building with lift access. Covering 55 squared meters, the apartment is freshly painted with air conditioning and modern furnishings, with a complete kitchen and bathroom. There are also lots of windows, allowing plenty of natural sunlight.
There is one double bedroom and one twin room with two single beds. The lounge room has a small balcony, generous sized couch and a television, DVD player and stereo.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for cooking in the apartment, including kitchenware, crockery, utensils and a coffee maker. Appliances include a dishwasher, microwave oven, conventional oven with fan extractor and electric stove top. There is plenty of bench space and seating space for four.
The bathroom is spacious with toilet, shower over bathtub and two basins. All bed-linen and towels are provided for you, and there is washing machine and ironing equipment so you can keep up to date with your laundry during your stay. There is plenty of free on- street parking nearby the apartment.
The apartment is situated on a quiet, pedestrian-only street with lots of trees. Shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, everything you need is within three blocks walk from the apartment.
Also close by is a community centre with a gym and swimming pool and plenty of parks, perfect for children. Open-air markets are held twice per week on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Plaza Catalunya is just 25 minutes by Metro, and the apartment is a 7-10 minute taxi ride from the airport. Tram and Metro stops are just a couple of blocks from the apartment.
