Description |
A delightfully sunny, centrally located attic apartment that sleeps four people, Joaquim Costa is located on the fifth floor (no elevator) of the building. Fully exterior, this apartment gets a lot of natural sunlight throughout the day in all rooms including the bedroom and bathroom. It is also air-conditioned and with heating for year- round comfort.
Brightly decorated with modern furniture, wooden floorboards and its original exposed wooden beams, it’s a lovely living space to call home for your stay in Barcelona!
The apartment has a double bedroom and double sofa bed to accommodate four guests. The living space is cozy and includes a television, CD/radio player, DVD player and WIFI ADSL internet connection for you to enjoy during your stay. There’s also a dining table and chairs.
The kitchen is complete with kitchenware, utensils, oven and microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. There’s also a washing machine and dryer plus ironing equipment for your convenience. All bed linen and towels are provided.
The bathroom is sunny and spacious and has a shower over bathtub, toilet and hand basin.
The location is an important feature of this apartment, being only minutes walk to Las Ramblas and the famous MACBA Museum of Contemporary Art in the upper Raval district. Cafes, shops, restaurants and plenty of bars with character surround you on the streets below. You are also well connected to the metro and the Cathedral is only ten minutes walk away.
