A cute and funky one bedroom apartment for up to four guests, close to Parc Cituadella and lots of trendy cafes, restaurants, tapas bars and boutique shops in the popular Borne area of Barcelona's historic city centre.
This 60 squared meter apartment is located on the fifth floor of the building (no elevator). Many of it's original features, including exposed wooden ceiling beams and wooden floorboards give this place character, with all the modern comforts you need, air-conditioning included.
As well as a double bedroom with double bed, the apartment has a double sofa bed, to accommodate a total of four guests together.
The living area is a pleasant combined kitchen/ lounge space with a sofa, coffee table and television with DVD player. This area opens out onto a little balcony for fresh air and natural sunlight.
The kitchen is small but equipped with everything you need including kitchenware, pots, pans and utensils, plus a fridge, oven, four burner gas cooker, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. There is also a breakfast bar and four stools.
The bathroom is complete with shower, toilet and basin, as well as a washing machine and clothes iron so you can keep up to date with your laundry.
A short walking distance from the flat you will find a range of cultural places of interest to explore including the Picasso Museum, Palau De Musica and the Santa Maria del Mar Cathedral.
