Description |
This building has six identical apartments, fully equipped for up to six people, located right in the city centre, just two minutes walk from the Ramblas and Plaza Reial. An ideal location for those that want to explore the city of foot, or relax by the beach during the summer months, and the perfect way to accommodate a large family or group of friends.
Each apartment has been newly renovated with comfortable, modern furniture and fixtures throughout, plus private access direct from the elevator, into your apartment. Air conditioned, heated and with a high speed ADSL Internet connection, this apartment has everything you need as well as a great location!
There are two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds (bunk beds). Both have bedside tables, lamps and storage space for your belongings. A third couple can sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room.
The living space is spacious and furnished with a large, comfortable L-shaped couch and ottoman, satellite television, and shelving. There's also a dining table and four chairs plus several sunny windows with curtains.
The bathroom is brand new and fully tiled with toilet, basin and shower. All bath towels and bed linen are provided for you, and there's a washing machine and ironing equipment so you can stay up to date with your laundry during your stay.
The kitchen is small but equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to cook in the apartment. Kitchenware, pots, pans and utensils, plus a microwave, electric stovetop cooker with fan extractor, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.
In the surrounding neighbourhood are a great choice of tapas bars, shops, restaurants, clubs and supermarkets. You can walk to most of the city's major attractions, the beach, Las Ramblas and Port Vell and the closest metro stop is moments away. Get to know Barcelona from its core, and make the most of your time in the city.
