A spacious and newly decorated apartment for six guests in Barcelona's Eixample area. Just 15 minutes walk to Gaudi's Sagrada Familia Cathedral, and well connected to Barcelona's metro system, this apartment offers a quiet neighbourhood setting for a larger group or family with a central city location.
This ground floor apartment is easily accessible for children, elderly or disabled guests and is spacious, covering 65 squared meters. Newly decorated and with lots of natural sunlight and a large outdoor terrace, it's a relaxing environment to enjoy when you're not out on the town!
There are two large double bedrooms, each with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Two more guests can be accommodated on a double sofa bed and a baby cot is available upon request.
The living area is brightly painted and comfortably furnished with a sofa and dining tables with chairs. There's a television and DVD player, and a radio/CD player. There's also a wireless ADSL Internet connection available for your use. Or, if you feel like soaking up some sun, or an alfresco meal, you can relax in your own private ground level sun terrace, complete with outdoor furniture and pleasantly decorated with pot plants.
The separate kitchen is newly fitted with everything you need- kitchenware, utensils, pots and pans, plus an oven, electric stove- top, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
The main bathroom has a shower over bathtub, basin and toilet. Also available is a washing machine, ironing equipment and a hairdryer. All bed linen and towels are provided for you.
The owner of this apartment lives close by, so flexible check- in and check- out times are possible if requested in advance, and if they are compatible with incoming and outgoing guests.
Conveniently located for grocery shopping and a good choice of restaurants and cafes close by, you are also within a short walk of several metro lines, making a journey into the city centre quick and easy.
