This is a basic apartment but has everything you need for a short visit in Barcelona. the location is fantastic - the square at the end of the street is very picturesque and has a good tapas bar. Juan was very helpful and friendly. i would stay here again.

Loved both the location and feel of our apartment on Vila Joiosa in the Barceloneta section of Barcelona. Right next to the beach. The apartment was clean and well furnished with both a 2 person bed and a small but adequate terrace where wet clothes could be hung out to dry. Overall it had everything we wanted and needed and I would recommend it to anyone (especially and beachgoers!) Really perfect.

The location in "Barceloneta" was super, and near to the sea. The staff was also very good he waited for us at the metro station to show us how to walk to the appartement. For the price we paid it was good to stay in San Miquel 1.

The location, security and staff were great. we had a marvelous 4 days and I think you can always find something to commend on!so in dutch numbers we give the appartment an 8! glad we booked with getready rentals ( as we did before)

Great location just off the beach, very friendly and helpful staff.

Only negative of the place was that the hot water ran out fairly quickly. But still I'm happy with the place and the price we paid.

I had a fantastic time here. The location is perfect, with a view of the beach from the balcony and all that Barcelona has to offer within easy walking distance. The accommotion was perfect with every thing one might need, including beach umbrellas. I wouldn't hesitate in recommeding this place.

Great apartment in very good location. Initial taxi driver had trouble locating as it is situated in the Gothic quarter, but once found was easy to get around.

The location was great. There were some fixtures and fittings not working also the washing machine. The staff had no problem sorting these problems for us. We would use this company again.

All apartments I´ve stayed in were good. Price/quality is good. If you want to cook yourself most of them did miss some stuff. And in autumn and winter and maybe spring, it should have more blankets.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Ramblas apartment. The two bedroom apartment was very clean. The living room was fairly spacious for a European apartment with a large kitchen table and L-shaped couch which easily slept our 5th person. The apartment also has its own lift, and the doors had really nice security locks giving us peace in mind when leaving travel gear and money in the apartment. Hardwood floors and "IKEA" type furnishing gave the apartment a modern yet comfortable feel. The location really couldn't be much better for Barcelona. Centrally located to the Barri Gothic for old city sites, shopping, and restaurants. 1 minute walk from La Rambla, 5 minutes to tourist information, and only 10 minutes to the Picasso museum. The metro is less than a 5 minute walk on La Rambla, and is the best bet for hitting Guadi attractions on the other side of the city. The green L3 line will take you to most all recommended city attractions, including the main train station. Airport transport was easily done on city bus for a few Euro, or $30 cab (bus was simple). The apartment is surrounded by "local" restaurants offering high quality food at more affordable prices than the touristy Rambla. Our host was very nice and offered his local restaurant favorites which were very good and reasonably priced. I would rent this apartment again and would not hesitate in recommending it to my friends or family.

It was a good appartement for a shortbreak in Barcelona. The location was very good and mr. Eduardo, who let us in, was very helpfull.

     

Hermoso y romántico Apartamento en Barcelona ubicado en el último piso de un edificio con elevador. Aloja máximo dos personas, lo cual lo hace perfecto para una pareja. Le encantará su soleada terraza, donde podrá tener una bella vista del barrio, disfrutar una comida hecha en casa o simplemente relajarse en las cómodas tumbonas. La propiedad está localizada en Eixample, un barrio cercano a La Sagrada Familia. Desde esta ubicación, podrá hacer varios Barcelona Tours fácilmente, pues la estación del mentro está cerca, con líneas que cubren toda la ciudad.

La propiedad tiene un área de 50 metros cuadrados. Se divide en un espacio combinado de sala – dormitorio, una cocina y un baño. Al lado de la cama doble, hay lámparas, mesas de noche y un clóset. Se proveen la ropa de cama y las toallas. En este lugar también encontrará un sofá cama doble, una mesa de centro y un televisor, así como un comedor con dos sillas.

La cocina independiente está equipada con refrigerador, microondas, tostadora, cafetera, estufa eléctrica, horno y caldera. Todos los utensilios de cocina y vajilla están a su disposición para que pueda cocinar los mejores platos en el apartamento.

El baño está totalmente equipado con un sanitario, una ducha y un lavamanos. El apartamento también incluye secador de cabello, equipo de planchado y máquina lavador. Se permiten las mascotas. Puede fumar en el apartamento.
