All apartments I´ve stayed in were good. Price/quality is good. If you want to cook yourself most of them did miss some stuff. And in autumn and winter and maybe spring, it should have more blankets.

Great location just off the beach, very friendly and helpful staff.

Only negative of the place was that the hot water ran out fairly quickly. But still I'm happy with the place and the price we paid.

I had a fantastic time here. The location is perfect, with a view of the beach from the balcony and all that Barcelona has to offer within easy walking distance. The accommotion was perfect with every thing one might need, including beach umbrellas. I wouldn't hesitate in recommeding this place.

The location was great. There were some fixtures and fittings not working also the washing machine. The staff had no problem sorting these problems for us. We would use this company again.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Ramblas apartment. The two bedroom apartment was very clean. The living room was fairly spacious for a European apartment with a large kitchen table and L-shaped couch which easily slept our 5th person. The apartment also has its own lift, and the doors had really nice security locks giving us peace in mind when leaving travel gear and money in the apartment. Hardwood floors and "IKEA" type furnishing gave the apartment a modern yet comfortable feel. The location really couldn't be much better for Barcelona. Centrally located to the Barri Gothic for old city sites, shopping, and restaurants. 1 minute walk from La Rambla, 5 minutes to tourist information, and only 10 minutes to the Picasso museum. The metro is less than a 5 minute walk on La Rambla, and is the best bet for hitting Guadi attractions on the other side of the city. The green L3 line will take you to most all recommended city attractions, including the main train station. Airport transport was easily done on city bus for a few Euro, or $30 cab (bus was simple). The apartment is surrounded by "local" restaurants offering high quality food at more affordable prices than the touristy Rambla. Our host was very nice and offered his local restaurant favorites which were very good and reasonably priced. I would rent this apartment again and would not hesitate in recommending it to my friends or family.

Loved both the location and feel of our apartment on Vila Joiosa in the Barceloneta section of Barcelona. Right next to the beach. The apartment was clean and well furnished with both a 2 person bed and a small but adequate terrace where wet clothes could be hung out to dry. Overall it had everything we wanted and needed and I would recommend it to anyone (especially and beachgoers!) Really perfect.

The location in "Barceloneta" was super, and near to the sea. The staff was also very good he waited for us at the metro station to show us how to walk to the appartement. For the price we paid it was good to stay in San Miquel 1.

This is a basic apartment but has everything you need for a short visit in Barcelona. the location is fantastic - the square at the end of the street is very picturesque and has a good tapas bar. Juan was very helpful and friendly. i would stay here again.

This was a spacious, well-located apartment close to Ave Parallel and the Parallel Metro station in a quiet neighbourhood. It had all the basics and was a good place from which to explore the city.

Great apartment in very good location. Initial taxi driver had trouble locating as it is situated in the Gothic quarter, but once found was easy to get around.

It was a nice and cleaned apartment in city center. All Kitchen stuff were good and the landlady was very kind.
The beds were not comfortable enough to sleep.

Hostel House es una buena elección si buscas alojamiento para tu próxima visita a Barcelona, y está situado en el centro de la ciudad, el conocido barrio de El Borne. Este edificio de apartamentos acaba de ser remodelado para proporcionar una acomodación económica en una de las zonas más chics de la ciudad.

Consta de 5 apartaestudios triples repartidos entre las distintas plantas del edificio, a los que se puede acceder con ascensor. Es perfecto para tres huéspedes individuales, y una gran opción puede ser alquilar más de un apartamento para un grupo más grande o una familia.

Cada estudio dispone de aire acondicionado y calefacción para el invierno, es espacioso y está equipado con todo lo que necesitas para disfrutar de una agradable estancia. Todos los apartamentos tienen acceso a un terrado comunitario desde donde puedes tomar el sol durante el día.

El espacio habitable combinado está amueblado con tres camas individuales y un gran armario para guardar tus enseres. Una zona adaptada para el salón te ofrece un sofá con dos sillones, una mesita de centro, un reproductor de DVD y reproductor de CD/Radio. También tienes a tu disposición conexión a Internet ASDL.

La cocina cuenta con nevera más congelador, horno microondas, lavavajillas, encimera eléctrica con horno convencional y extractor, además de tostadora, cafetera, como tampoco puede faltar una batería de cocina completa y utensilios de servicio. También tienes aquí una mesa de comedor con dos sillas.

El cuarto de baño individual está equipado con ducha, lavamanos y sanitario. También puedes hacer uso del secador del pelo y el equipamiento para plancha. Nosotros te proporcionamos todas las toallas y la ropa de cama durante tu estancia.

El edificio es original del siglo XIX y conserva muchos de sus rasgos originales como sus techos de ladrillo en forma de arco. Situado en el cotizado y moderno barrio de El Borne, aquí encontrarás boutiques, tiendas, galerías de arte, cafés, restaurantes y bares Barcelona. Desde aquí estás a poca distancia andando de la playa o el centro ciudad, como las Ramblas, y tienes buenas comunicaciones con el transporte público. El campamento base ideal para explorar la ciudad.

* Hay varios parking de pago a menos de un minuto andando, pero son algo costosos. Para una estadía corta, hay zona azul en la calle cercana al edificio *
