Great apartment in very good location. Initial taxi driver had trouble locating as it is situated in the Gothic quarter, but once found was easy to get around.

Great location just off the beach, very friendly and helpful staff.

Only negative of the place was that the hot water ran out fairly quickly. But still I'm happy with the place and the price we paid.

Loved both the location and feel of our apartment on Vila Joiosa in the Barceloneta section of Barcelona. Right next to the beach. The apartment was clean and well furnished with both a 2 person bed and a small but adequate terrace where wet clothes could be hung out to dry. Overall it had everything we wanted and needed and I would recommend it to anyone (especially and beachgoers!) Really perfect.

This is a basic apartment but has everything you need for a short visit in Barcelona. the location is fantastic - the square at the end of the street is very picturesque and has a good tapas bar. Juan was very helpful and friendly. i would stay here again.

The location in "Barceloneta" was super, and near to the sea. The staff was also very good he waited for us at the metro station to show us how to walk to the appartement. For the price we paid it was good to stay in San Miquel 1.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Ramblas apartment. The two bedroom apartment was very clean. The living room was fairly spacious for a European apartment with a large kitchen table and L-shaped couch which easily slept our 5th person. The apartment also has its own lift, and the doors had really nice security locks giving us peace in mind when leaving travel gear and money in the apartment. Hardwood floors and "IKEA" type furnishing gave the apartment a modern yet comfortable feel. The location really couldn't be much better for Barcelona. Centrally located to the Barri Gothic for old city sites, shopping, and restaurants. 1 minute walk from La Rambla, 5 minutes to tourist information, and only 10 minutes to the Picasso museum. The metro is less than a 5 minute walk on La Rambla, and is the best bet for hitting Guadi attractions on the other side of the city. The green L3 line will take you to most all recommended city attractions, including the main train station. Airport transport was easily done on city bus for a few Euro, or $30 cab (bus was simple). The apartment is surrounded by "local" restaurants offering high quality food at more affordable prices than the touristy Rambla. Our host was very nice and offered his local restaurant favorites which were very good and reasonably priced. I would rent this apartment again and would not hesitate in recommending it to my friends or family.

All apartments I´ve stayed in were good. Price/quality is good. If you want to cook yourself most of them did miss some stuff. And in autumn and winter and maybe spring, it should have more blankets.

It was a nice and cleaned apartment in city center. All Kitchen stuff were good and the landlady was very kind.
The beds were not comfortable enough to sleep.

I had a fantastic time here. The location is perfect, with a view of the beach from the balcony and all that Barcelona has to offer within easy walking distance. The accommotion was perfect with every thing one might need, including beach umbrellas. I wouldn't hesitate in recommeding this place.

     

Este es un apartamento espacioso recientemente decorado con capacidad maxima de alojar hasta seis invitados y situado en la inmejorable zona del Eixample de Barcelona. Justo al lado del Templo de la Sagrada Familia de Gaudí, comunicado con el sistema de metro de Barcelona, este apartamento está ubicado en un barrio tranquilo y céntrico.

Una gran ventaja que tiene este apartamento es que está situado en la planta baja lo que lo hace facilmente accesible para niños, personas mayores o descapacitados. La propiedad cubre un superficie de 65 metros cuadrados. La decoración es completamente nueva, moderna y esta lleno de luz natural además cuenta con una terraza, un lugar para descansar ¡mientras no estás ahí fuera recorriendo la ciudad!

El apartamento cuenta con dos grandes habitaciones dobles cada una con cama de matrimonio, mesas de noche y lamparas. La habitación principal consta de lavabo dentro del cuarto. Pueden alojarse dos invitados más en el sofá cama y también hay disponible una cuna para bebé si se solicita con antelación.

La zona del salón está muy bien decorada llena de color, adecuadamente amueblada con un sofá, mesa de comedor con sillas, televisión, reproductor DVD/CD, radio y conexión a Internet inalámbrica ADSL.

Luego de un largo dia de turismo por la ciudad puede tomar el sol o una cenar al aire libre en la terraza muy bien decorada con agradables macetas que dan un toque exótico.

La cocina está acondicionada con estufa eléctrica, horno, microondas, cafetera, tetera, tostadora y demás utensilios necesarios para prepara delisiosas comidas

El cuarto de baño principal esta equipado con de bañera, ducha, sanitario y lavamanos. Ademas tendrá a su disposición equipo de planchado, secador de pelo. La ropa de cama y las toallas con proporcionadas durante su estancia.

El propietario del apartamento vive muy cerca de aquí, por lo que los horarios de entrada y salida son flexibles, se debe avisar con anterioridad..

Convenientemente situado para salir de compras, así como para visitar una gran variedad de cafeterías, bares y Restaurantes Barcelona tambiénesta muy cerca de las líneas de metro para que pueda disfrutar de un tour por la ciudad.
