How
do I make a booking online? |
Once
you have chosen the type of accommodation you prefer
(studio apartments, 1 bedroom apartments, etc) you
have to select the dates for your stay so the available
apartments will be shown and you can book the one
you like just by clicking book now and by filling
in our reservation form. Please follow all the steps
and give all the information asked for. |

How
do I know the property has been booked? |
As
soon as you make the online prepayment a booking confirmation
will be sent to your e-mail inbox.

Can
the booking be cancelled? |
You
can cancel your booking but always in a written manner.
It is important for you to know that the prepayment
is non refundable in any case and that according to
the notice given you will have to pay some cancellation
fees.

How
can I pay the booking fee? |
The
booking prepayment can be done either by credit card
or paypal.

Property
|
When
will I get the address and other relevant information? |
You
will receive all this information in the booking confirmation
that will be sent to you after we get the booking
fee. |

Do I have to clean? |
The
apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival and
you will have to leave it in reasonable conditions
of order.

What
do I have to bring along? |
Our
apartments are fully furnished, equipped, with bed
linen and towels provided. But most of the apartments
don’t supply any shower products such as shampoo.
Or any beach towels. |

How
do I get there? |
Your booking
confirmation contains the full address and directions on how to get
there. |

When do I get the keys? |
The keys will
be handed over during check-in, after you have been shown around and any
other formalities have been taken care of. |

How does the check-in work? |
As soon
you arrive in the city, call the property manager who will check you in.
Name and telephone number can be found the booking confirmation.
Together with the manager you arrange for a time to meet at the address
where you will be welcomed, shown around and handed the keys. It is also
with this manager that will sign the rental contract and settle the
final payment. |

At
what time can I check-in? |
The
standard check-in time is for most of the accommodation between 14:00
and 21:00, unless stated otherwise in the booking confirmation.
Arrivals after 21:00 can attract an additional charge, please check
the conditions of each accommodation.
Please call upon arrival the
property manager to see if you can check-in before the standard
time. |

At
what time do I have to leave? |
The
standard check-out time is usually at 11:00 in the morning. If you want
to leave earlier, please make arrangements with the person checking you
in. Do note that departure before 08:00 in the morning can attract an
additional charge, please check the conditions on the accommodation
page. |

Payment

What
means of payment do you take? |
The booking fee can be paid
both by credit card or paypal and the rent either
by cash or credit card depending on the apartment.
