This extremely spacious, sunny and stylish property sleeps up to 6 people and is located only one minute walking distance from Barceloneta beach, ten minutes from the historic centre, and has a large leafy terrace.
This beach house is a historic fisherman's cottage, above which the owners have added three very comfortable modern levels with balconies and glass sliding doors along the entire facade.
These light-filled modern levels include a new kitchen, a living room with timber floors and a terrace with many plants, tables, chairs and a lounge, a BBQ and an outdoor shower.
The five-level property has three bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms, one with a bath, and the other with a large slate shower. The master bedroom is well equipped with a double queen-sized bedroom, night tables, reading lamps and wardrobe. There are also two twin bedrooms, with two single beds each.
You will find a living space adorned with two sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, CD/DVD Player and a TV, plus WIFI internet connection Internet connection for your entertainment.
The kitchen is very spacious and light, with a plant-covered balcony running along the entire facade. It is very well equipped with everything you could ever need to make your own meals, such as an oven, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher.
All bed linen and towels are provided for you. There is also a washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment and hairdryer at your disposal during your stay.
The Barceloneta neighborhood is famous for its seafood restaurants, beachfront cafes and shady plazas and has a new, architect-designed fresh food markets on a plaza that leads down to the beach.
Extremely well-situated, this rental is an easy walk to the stylish Born neighborhood, home to the Picasso museum, stylish cafes and boutique stores, and the Ciutadella Park. Public transport is excellent, with a metro stop and buses that will take you to the museums of the historic centre and Gothic Quarter or the Ramblas is an easy five-minute bus trip and the Eixample area with it's Gaudi architecture in ten minutes. Just minutes from the rental is a cable car with spectacular views that goes to the Monjuic mountain, home to the Miro Foundation and several parks.
