The location in "Barceloneta" was super, and near to the sea. The staff was also very good he waited for us at the metro station to show us how to walk to the appartement. For the price we paid it was good to stay in San Miquel 1.

All apartments I´ve stayed in were good. Price/quality is good. If you want to cook yourself most of them did miss some stuff. And in autumn and winter and maybe spring, it should have more blankets.

Great location just off the beach, very friendly and helpful staff.

Only negative of the place was that the hot water ran out fairly quickly. But still I'm happy with the place and the price we paid.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Ramblas apartment. The two bedroom apartment was very clean. The living room was fairly spacious for a European apartment with a large kitchen table and L-shaped couch which easily slept our 5th person. The apartment also has its own lift, and the doors had really nice security locks giving us peace in mind when leaving travel gear and money in the apartment. Hardwood floors and "IKEA" type furnishing gave the apartment a modern yet comfortable feel. The location really couldn't be much better for Barcelona. Centrally located to the Barri Gothic for old city sites, shopping, and restaurants. 1 minute walk from La Rambla, 5 minutes to tourist information, and only 10 minutes to the Picasso museum. The metro is less than a 5 minute walk on La Rambla, and is the best bet for hitting Guadi attractions on the other side of the city. The green L3 line will take you to most all recommended city attractions, including the main train station. Airport transport was easily done on city bus for a few Euro, or $30 cab (bus was simple). The apartment is surrounded by "local" restaurants offering high quality food at more affordable prices than the touristy Rambla. Our host was very nice and offered his local restaurant favorites which were very good and reasonably priced. I would rent this apartment again and would not hesitate in recommending it to my friends or family.

Loved both the location and feel of our apartment on Vila Joiosa in the Barceloneta section of Barcelona. Right next to the beach. The apartment was clean and well furnished with both a 2 person bed and a small but adequate terrace where wet clothes could be hung out to dry. Overall it had everything we wanted and needed and I would recommend it to anyone (especially and beachgoers!) Really perfect.

This is a basic apartment but has everything you need for a short visit in Barcelona. the location is fantastic - the square at the end of the street is very picturesque and has a good tapas bar. Juan was very helpful and friendly. i would stay here again.

Searching for all available properties by date range:

Use the availability search box “Book your apartment online", located on the left to enter your arrival and departure dates as well as number of adults and children and the number of units (apartments) you wish to book. This search will return all available properties for searching criteria.

Here you can see a quick description of the property, and the total base price for the nights selected. Click on “Details” to view a complete description, photographs and location map.

Browse apartments by category:

Our properties are organized by number of bedrooms. Luxury properties have their own section. Under “Apartments” or “Rental Properties”, select the category you wish to view in the left navigation bar.

From here, click on the “details” link for a complete description of the property, more photos, a Google map link showing the exact location of the property and information regarding any applicable fees for cleaning, late check in and damage deposits.

FILL IN THE RESERVATION FORM

  • If you haven’t already indicated your arrival and departure dates through an availability search, you will need to enter these.
  • You will also need to indicate how many adult and how many children (3-12 Year old)  guests will be in your group. The total price shown will adjust if you indicate more guests than the base rate covers (usually the base rate is for up to two guests and an additional charge may apply for three or more).
  • The prices shown in the form DOES NOT include additional charges for late check in or damage deposits that vary between different properties. For more information about these charges, see the property description page for the property you want to book.

PAYMENT OF YOUR DEPOSIT

The confirmation you receive is subject to payment of the deposit indicated. Remember that you can always pay your deposit through paypal.

Most of our properties require a 20% upfront deposit, and the rest to be paid direct to the property, either at check-in or before your arrival. Please see the Property Conditions listed under the calendar of the property for more information about payment terms.
