This was a spacious, well-located apartment close to Ave Parallel and the Parallel Metro station in a quiet neighbourhood. It had all the basics and was a good place from which to explore the city.

The location in "Barceloneta" was super, and near to the sea. The staff was also very good he waited for us at the metro station to show us how to walk to the appartement. For the price we paid it was good to stay in San Miquel 1.

It was a nice and cleaned apartment in city center. All Kitchen stuff were good and the landlady was very kind.
The beds were not comfortable enough to sleep.

I had a fantastic time here. The location is perfect, with a view of the beach from the balcony and all that Barcelona has to offer within easy walking distance. The accommotion was perfect with every thing one might need, including beach umbrellas. I wouldn't hesitate in recommeding this place.

This is a basic apartment but has everything you need for a short visit in Barcelona. the location is fantastic - the square at the end of the street is very picturesque and has a good tapas bar. Juan was very helpful and friendly. i would stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Ramblas apartment. The two bedroom apartment was very clean. The living room was fairly spacious for a European apartment with a large kitchen table and L-shaped couch which easily slept our 5th person. The apartment also has its own lift, and the doors had really nice security locks giving us peace in mind when leaving travel gear and money in the apartment. Hardwood floors and "IKEA" type furnishing gave the apartment a modern yet comfortable feel. The location really couldn't be much better for Barcelona. Centrally located to the Barri Gothic for old city sites, shopping, and restaurants. 1 minute walk from La Rambla, 5 minutes to tourist information, and only 10 minutes to the Picasso museum. The metro is less than a 5 minute walk on La Rambla, and is the best bet for hitting Guadi attractions on the other side of the city. The green L3 line will take you to most all recommended city attractions, including the main train station. Airport transport was easily done on city bus for a few Euro, or $30 cab (bus was simple). The apartment is surrounded by "local" restaurants offering high quality food at more affordable prices than the touristy Rambla. Our host was very nice and offered his local restaurant favorites which were very good and reasonably priced. I would rent this apartment again and would not hesitate in recommending it to my friends or family.

Great location just off the beach, very friendly and helpful staff.

Only negative of the place was that the hot water ran out fairly quickly. But still I'm happy with the place and the price we paid.

The location, security and staff were great. we had a marvelous 4 days and I think you can always find something to commend on!so in dutch numbers we give the appartment an 8! glad we booked with getready rentals ( as we did before)

All apartments I´ve stayed in were good. Price/quality is good. If you want to cook yourself most of them did miss some stuff. And in autumn and winter and maybe spring, it should have more blankets.

Loved both the location and feel of our apartment on Vila Joiosa in the Barceloneta section of Barcelona. Right next to the beach. The apartment was clean and well furnished with both a 2 person bed and a small but adequate terrace where wet clothes could be hung out to dry. Overall it had everything we wanted and needed and I would recommend it to anyone (especially and beachgoers!) Really perfect.

The location was great. There were some fixtures and fittings not working also the washing machine. The staff had no problem sorting these problems for us. We would use this company again.

     

een mooi drie slaapkamer appartement voor maximaal zes gasten. voorzien van een privé terras waar u heerlijk van de zon kunt genieten en bovendien gelegen in de oude gotische wijk in het centrum van barcelona.

dit ruime en centraal gelegen appartement is perfect voor een groep vrienden of een grote familie, die de stad per voet willen verkennen. tevens is het een aangename plek waar u tot rust kunt komen na een lange dag wandelen door deze geweldige stad.

het appartement heeft drie aparte slaapkamers (met een totaal van zes slaapplaatsen), elk met 2 éénpersoonsbedden en een buitenraam.

er is een aparte zitkamer met een ruime bank, koffietafel, leeslamp, televisie en adsl internet aansluiting voor diegene die hun draagbare computer mee willen nemen.

het zitgedeelte opent direct uit op het 25m2 terras, welke voorzien is van stoelen en een eettafel. ook in het appartement is er een eettafel en stoelen. genoeg plek voor u en uw reisgenoten om te genieten van een heerlijk huisgemaakte maaltijd.

de keuken is een aparte ruimte en volledig ingericht met alles wat u nodig heeft tijdens uw verblijf; potten, pannen en bestek, magnetron, conventionele oven, vier-pits gasfornuis, koelkast, broodrooster, theeketel en een koffiemaker.

de badkamer is ruim en voorzien van een badkuip met douche, toilet en wastafel. alle handdoeken en bedlinnen zijn aanwezig in het appartement.

vanaf dit appartement heeft u een goede verbinding met verschillende openbaar vervoer. bovendien is het maar een paar minuten lopen naar vele belangrijke bezienswaardigheden, zoals de gotische kathedraal, plaza catalunya en plaza st jaume.
